Introduction

     Low pressure oil collector is a closed pressure vessel welded with a steel plate shell and a head. The top of the container is provided with an exhaust pipe which communicates with the return pipe of the ammonia separator or the low-pressure circulating reservoir in the system as a function of recovering ammonia vapor and reducing the pressure in the oil collector. An oil inlet pipe is connected to the oil discharge pipe of each device on the upper side of the cylinder. An oil drain pipe is arranged on the lower side of the cylinder to discharge the treated lubricating oil. A pressure gauge and a glass tube liquid level indicator are also provided on the cylinder for observation during operation.

     1) All lubricants discharged from the equipment must be discharged through the oil collector, so when the refrigeration equipment discharges oil to the oil collector, the oil collector should be in a low pressure standby state.

     2) When the equipment is drained, the oil collector opens the oil inlet valve to enter the oil. When the oil level of the oil collector reaches 70%, the oil inlet valve is closed, and the pressure reducing valve is slightly opened to evaporate the ammonia liquid entrained in the oil. In order to accelerate the evaporation of ammonia liquid, water can be heated on the outer surface of the oil collector.

     3) After the lomin, close the pressure reducing valve and observe whether the pressure of the oil collector pressure gauge rises. If it rises, it means that there is still ammonia in the oil. The pressure reducing valve should be opened again, and then stop the watering when the pressure rises very little, and close the pressure reducing valve.

     4) Open the oil drain valve and concentrate the regeneration after the lubricant is released. After the oil in the oil collector is drained, the oil drain valve is closed and the other refrigeration equipment can be collected again.

     5) The operator must not leave the site when the oil collector is drained. After draining, close the drain valve and record the drain time and weight. Operators should wear protective clothing and rubber gloves when draining oil to prevent corrosion of ammonia.
