CWK-22 pressure difference controller is mainly composed of air box, adjusting spring, micro switch and time delay mechanism. The upper air box is connected to the machine crankcase, and the lower air box is connected to the oil pump outlet pipe. When the compressor is running, the low-pressure gas pressure (crankcase pressure) acts on the bellows of the upper air box, and the oil pressure acts on the bellows of the lower air box. The upper and lower forces act on a straight line, but the directions are opposite, and the pressure difference between them is balanced by the main spring.

Introduction

CWK-22 pressure difference controller works:

     The oil pressure will not seriously damage the machine, causing the piston to pull the cylinder, the machine to hold the shaft, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to pay great attention to the oil pressure. Insufficient oil pressure is often caused by severe wear of the oil pump, clogging of the filter screen, or a large amount of oil in the form of foam. These faults must be eliminated before the oil pressure can return to normal. Therefore, the CWK-22 differential pressure controller is provided with a manual reset button. After the failure of the oil circuit, the convex button of the delay switch is mechanically locked and cannot be reset by itself. Only after the fault is removed, the reset button is manually pressed to release the convex button of the delay switch, and the machine can be restarted.

     When the compressor starts, the machine's main shaft gradually reaches the rated speed from standstill. Before the rated speed is reached, the pressure of the oil pump is obviously insufficient, and the oil pressure difference is less than the set value, but this is a normal phenomenon. The pressure difference controller of the oil pump must remove the machine start-up period, that is, it should be delayed, otherwise The machine will not start. In addition, the oil pressure fluctuates due to some temporary reason when the machine is running, and even temporarily drops below the dangerous oil pressure, but after a few seconds, the oil pressure can often return to normal by itself. In order to avoid unnecessary frequent stops, the oil pressure differential controller needs to be provided with a delay mechanism.
