When the liquid level rises, the magnetic float drives the flip column to rotate 180 ° and displays red or green; when the liquid level drops, the magnetic float drives the flip column to rotate 180 ° in the opposite direction and displays white. The height of the red band (or green band) is the height of the measured liquid surface, and the purpose of measuring and displaying the position of the measured liquid (boundary) surface is achieved.

     Magnetic flap level gauges often fail in practical applications. Among these faults, some are caused by a single component failure, and some are caused by the simultaneous failure of multiple components. The common faults of magnetic level gauges and their causes are analyzed as follows.

I). The display panel displays abnormally.

1. The design of the gap between the flap and the guide rail is unreasonable or too small, which leads to excessive friction and the flap does not flip;

2, the distance between the display panel and the buoy is too large, the magnetic steel driving force of the buoy is insufficient, resulting in the flip not turning;

3, the magnetic steel in the turning sheet is too small or the magnetic force disappears, causing the turning sheet not to be turned over or turned over abnormally;

4. Impurities such as water or dust penetrate into the display panel, making it difficult to flip the flip;

5. The ambient temperature is too low, which causes the medium to freeze, the float cannot move, and the flap cannot properly display the liquid level.

2). Local display is normal, remote transmission is abnormal

1. Domestic glass tube reed switch is fragile, short circuit or open circuit of the reed switch will cause abnormal transmission.

2, resistance welding;

3. The gap between the metal contacts of the reed switch is very small. When the temperature of the medium is too high, the metal foil expands when it is heated, and it is easy to appear closed.

4. The pressure exceeds the rated value, resulting in damage to the switch.

3, both remote transmission and magnetic flap are not moving

This failure phenomenon is usually caused by the abnormality of the float, which has the following two manifestations:
