2. Main contents of daily maintenance work

3. Maintenance rules To ensure that the compressor is in good motion and to extend the service life of the machine, maintenance and maintenance should be performed in accordance with the rules. The compressor maintenance classification is as follows:

First-level maintenance (cumulative work 100h or every other month);

Secondary maintenance (cumulative work for 500h or every six months);

Three-level maintenance (cumulative work 1000 ~ 1500h or every other year).

According to the working conditions and maintenance experience of the compressor, the technical maintenance items can be appropriately increased or decreased.

① First level maintenance In addition to daily maintenance items, the following items must be performed.

a. Check and measure the movement clearance of the wear parts, make a record, and provide original data for the next "three guarantees";

b. Cleaning dirt and scale in the cooler;

d. Disassembling load regulators and unloading valves;

e. When disassembling and inspecting the intake and exhaust valves, special attention should be paid to the wear of the valve discs and springs, and the parts with greater wear should be replaced in time;
